Partner-in-Charge of Assurance and Attest Services

Stephen J. Mannhaupt, CPA, is the Partner-in-Charge of Accounting and Attest Services at Grassi & Co. Steve specializes in public accounting, forensic accounting, auditing, and management consulting for clients in the, architect
ure and engineering, construction, professional service, real estate and not-for-profit industries. Since beginning his career in 1990, Steve has provided expert guidance to clients in specialized areas such as sustainability, internal control assessment, fraud prevention and investigation, and corporate operational efficiency, in addition to traditional accounting, tax, and audit support.

Steve has been a part of the Grassi & Co. team for more than 25 years, and is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. Steve also serves as the Chair of the Firm’s Internal Accounting and Auditing Committee. In this role, Steve is responsible for ensuring the Firm is in compliance with professional standards and that the staff is current with the ever changing accounting and auditing guidance. Additionally, Steve frequently provides formal continuing education (CPE) training programs for all levels of Grassi & Co.’s staff.

Joshua H. Anderson, AIF®
Financial Advisor, Investments

Joshua Anderson is a financial advisor and partner of the Allen Investment Group of Raymond James. He is responsible for the group’s retirement plan consulting practice and helps companies engineer retirement plan solutions that can improve participant benefits and mitigate fiduciary liability.

Josh provides top-level guidance on many aspects of retirement plan operations: governance, plan design, education and service providers. Consulting in a number of capacities, his group focuses on delivering total retirement plan solutions for defined contribution, defined benefit, profit sharing, ESOP, deferred compensation and executive benefit plans.

Prior to joining Raymond James in 2005, Josh was a financial advisor with the Allen Investment Group of RBC Wealth Management. Josh has over 10 years of wealth management consulting experience with retail and institutional clients. He has received formal training in investment fiduciary responsibility as an Accredited Investment Fiduciary® designee from Fiduciary360.

Josh is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, PA and has a BHA in Cognitive Science and Communication Design with an additional major in Human-Computer Interaction.
