Adolph (Al) Trinidad, Jr. passed away on Sept 2 at the age of 93. Al was President of NYACE (ACEC New York’s predecessor firm) from 1980-1981. He was with former member firm Andrews and Clark.

C&S Companies announced three additions to their Rochester office: Sharon Sweeney as business development education consultant; Nathan Young as an electrical engineer; and Mike Wallace as a software test engineer.

CHA announced the expansion of its executive leadership team to include Josh Whaley, President of American Fire, and Jennifer Chatt, Senior Vice President of Human Resources.

The Chazen Companies announced that Elizabeth Bartosik and Johnathan A. Gell have received their Engineer in Training (EIT) designation.

Enovate announced that Project Manager, Dana Kfir, has been named to the Engineering News Record (ENR) New York 2019 Top Young Professionals.

Hardesty & Hanover announced the passing of friend, mentor, and advisor, Mr. Andrew (Andy) Coates, who spent a 44-year career at H&H, starting as a Structural Engineer and retiring as a Firm Principal and Chief Technical officer in 2015.

McFarland Johnson, headquartered in Binghamton, NY, was recently named as one of the Best Companies to Work for in New York.
